Occupancy and Guest Limits - Only registered guests may stay overnight. - The maximum number of guests must not exceed the property’s capacity. Exceeding this limit may result in removal from the property. 3. Parties and Noise - No loud parties are allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. Please be mindful of our neighbors. 4. Smoking and Pets - No smoking is permitted inside the house or on the premises. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside the property. - Pets are prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of an undisclosed pet in addition to any extra cleaning charges. 5. Safety and Respect - Children must be supervised on balconies at all times. - Treat the house and neighbors with respect throughout your stay. 6. House was immaculate and had all amenities a guest could need! The Breezy team was very responsive every time we had a question. We got to sit back and relax to take full advantage of our vacation week.
