*** This is a mother/daughter home. There are two separate living areas. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. *** Hot tub waiver must be signed prior to check-in. *** No parties or gatherings. No Proms. The occupancy set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. Guests who violate the occupancy terms set forth in the listing agreement or receive complaints from the neighbors may be removed from the home prior to the conclusion of their stay. *** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund. *** A single flight of stairs is required to access the main entrance of the upstairs unit. *** As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking. *** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape! *** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge.
