The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. *** No Proms/HS graduation groups *** The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. *** During your stay, you will have access to the entire front house on this property. There is another house in the back of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces. *** The cottage is all on a single floor; however, please note that approximately 4 steps are required to access the front door. *** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided. *** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape! *** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge *** Crib rental is available for $75 per stay and can be added after booking through our guest portal.
