The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. *** The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. *** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. 1. Age and Booking Requirements - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. - Primary guest must be present for the entire stay. - Third-party bookings are not allowed. 2. Occupancy and Guest Limits - Only registered guests may stay overnight. - The maximum number of guests must not exceed the property’s capacity. Exceeding this limit may result in removal from the property. 3. Parties and Noise - No loud parties are allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. Please be mindful of our neighbors. 4. Smoking and Pets - No smoking is permitted inside the house or on the premises. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside the property. - Undeclared pets will incur the standard pet fee. Additional cleaning fees of $250 may apply if needed. 5. Safety and Respect - Children must be supervised on balconies at all times. - Treat the house and neighbors with respect throughout your stay. 6. Separate Rental Agreement - Guests must sign a separate rental agreement before check-in. A government-issued ID may be required for verification of identity and age. Thank you!

Our beach house is perfectly situated in the heart of Seaside Heights, offering a prime location to experience all that this iconic beach town has to offer. Just three blocks to the beach, it is about a seven minute walk to all the excitement. The famous boardwalk is lined with amusement rides, arcades, and an array of dining options. Breakwater Beach water park is about a five minute walk from our house. Of course, the main attraction is the beautiful beach itself. Take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean or relax under an umbrella, enjoying the sights and sounds of the coastal paradise. Seaside Heights is also known for its vibrant nightlife, with numerous bars, clubs, and live music venues. Dance the night away, enjoy live entertainment, or simply take a leisurely evening stroll along the boardwalk to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. For those seeking a bit of adventure, nearby attractions include water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. You can also explore Island Beach State Park, a beautiful natural area just a short drive away, offering hiking trails, birdwatching opportunities, and stunning coastal vistas.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire house. Make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy of your own coastal retreat. You will also have access to the private patio, where you can relax and soak up the sun. You will be given four beach badges to access the Seaside Heights Beach.

We had an amazing time staying here. The house was the perfect size for a family of 4 with small children and a dog. Very clean and the aesthetic was super cute! An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Thank you so much!

Find us

The boardwalk and beach is about a seven minute walk, however a car or bike is recommended if you want to explore more. Ubers are easily accessible. There is only street parking available.
